Single Crystal Quartz Wafers / Blanks
Quartz crystal is the most used to make resonators, oscillators and filters. The crystal quartz enables outstanding advantages in frequency stabilization and frequency selection.
CQT group is primarily known as the expert of hexagonal crystals, We master the manufacturing process of single & doubly rotated quartz blanks, and we can provide quartz of any orientation cut whether given by IRE, Miller index, Euler angle or conventional sign.
For crystal quartz, we can make 2~8 inch wafers, quartz rings in any orientation. We can also make single & doubly rotate quartz blanks (AT, SC, IT, etc.).

LiNbO3/LiTaO3 Wafers
LiNbO3/LiTaO3 has excellent electro-optic, nonlinear optical and piezoelectric properties, making it a good material for optical waveguide, SAW filters, and transducers. The black reduced LiNbO3/LiTaO3 wafers are widely adopted to produce higher frequency SAW devices.
CQT group provide 3~8 inch LiNbO3 wafers and 3~6 inch LiTaO3 wafers in various orientations.

Special Glass Substrates
CQT group fabricate glass substrates made of fused silica, fused quartz, borosilicate, soda-lime etc. They are used as displaying glass, optical windows or as bonding wafers in semiconductor industry. CQT group works with Feilihua, Corning, Schott, Ohara, Heraeus, CDGM glass to provide wafers and substrates.

Quartz Monitor Crystals
Quartz Monitor Crystals are used to monitor and control the thin film deposition rate and thickness. They are available with either gold, silver, or alloy coating. CQT group crystals exhibit greater accuracy and stability over wide operating temperatures because of the enhanced plano-convex configuration and improved electrode-to-crystal adhesion.
