Flatness/Asphere Tester
The new Flatness/Asphere Tester from Zygo is a compact and powerful solution for precise flat and aspheric surface measurements in production environments. The system supports Verifire interferometers in a downward‑looking configuration and can be configured for wavelength‑shifting or phase‑shifting operation.
Native integration with Mx software enables automated stitching and efficient tray measurements. With a 200 mm XY travel range, optional encoded axes, and integrated vibration isolation, the system delivers high accuracy and measurement stability.
An optional Z‑axis with CGH mount allows reliable asphere testing. Components up to 386 mm in diameter and 10 kg in weight can be measured, making the Flatness/Asphere Tester ideal for high‑throughput optical manufacturing.
