Since nearly 20 years Optcraft’s wavefront sensors are applied for optics alignment and for testing the imaging quality of optics like e.g. objective lenses for microscopy, smart phones or machine vision.
The SHSCam UHR3 is now available with a micro lens pitch of 75µm and thus offers 203 x 203 micro lenses on a detection area of 15.2x15.2mm². Hence the SHSCam UHR3 enables a more precise measurement of aspheric wavefronts or of localised phase defects as well as a better definition of the rim of the measurement pupil. Also, surface contaminations like e.g. dust can be detected more reliably.
