What can you expect?
- Setting up, programming, organizing, and operating our CNC diamond lathes
- Ensuring part dimensional, part shape, and part position tolerances of less than 0.5 µm and surface finishes of less than 20 nm Ra
- Machining of in non-ferrous metals ultra-specific components using MKD (natural diamond)
- Support of the team in the production of our spindle systems
- G-code programming of machining programs
- Process and machining documentation
- Machine servicing and maintenance
