Hangzhou Freqcontrol Electronic Technology Ltd. (CQT Group) is a leading manufacturer of piezoelectric wafers, substrates, components and single crystal growth in China. We own several production bases and sales offices located in Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiaxing, Deqing, Hong Kong and other places. Our products are commonly used in RF communication, semiconductor, biotechnology, optical engineering and frequency control industries. Our main products include: piezoelectric quartz blanks, crystal quartz wafers, LiNbO3 wafers, LiTaO3 wafers, special semiconductor glass substrates; as well as filters, resonators, and crystal oscillators.
CQT Group has continued to enhance its production capacity over the years, constantly updating its equipment and optimising processes. The production line setup draws on the best practices of the semiconductor industry, aiming to provide the market with various types of customised substrates. We have built up production capacity in various stages, including crystal growth, dicing, grinding, polishing, cleaning and coating. The innovative introduction of semi-finished product transfer station greatly enhanced substrate turnover efficiency and data management capability. The main production equipment include: crystal growth furnace, blackening furnace, rounding machine, wire-cutting machine, X-ray orientation, grinding machine, chamfering machine, polishing machine, coating machine, as well as a variety of customised equipments. The main testing equipment includes: Planariser, AOI, Profiler, Optical Imager, EFG Frequency Sorting Instrument and so on. All production lines take TS16949 as the core idea of production, emphasising the ability of cpk data control procedures to ensure that the products meet the high standard of quality requirements at all stages of production.
